《教師改造實驗室》是EBS 韓國教育電視「學校是什麼？」系列中，一集真人實境節目。片中邀請五位勇敢的教師，在全國觀眾面前展示他們課堂上的教學過程，並從專家導師的建議中，領悟並檢討曾經犯過的錯誤。看他們如何從受批判的打擊中，努力拋開過去死板、權威、無視學生感受的教學方式，蛻變成為學生心目中的「好老師」。

EBS educational documentary series "What is a School?" explicitly portrays some of the crucial problems schools are facing and brings them up to the social surface. Among the 10 episodes, Our Teacher Has Changed vividly displays how 5 teachers, who used to be boring or had problems leading the students, gained radical teaching strategies through the help of the professionals.
