《情書》、《青春電幻物語》名導岩井俊二在其最新紀錄片作品中，號召日本知名演藝界人士與專家學者，探討為何在綠能科技發達的日本，仍需仰賴危險的核能發電。出生於日本東北災區仙台市的他，帶領年輕一代反核運動份子回到受海嘯與輻射重創的災區，片尾的一場樂團街頭演說更是振奮人心。
