成立於 2006 年的維基解密是一國際性非營利的媒體組織,專門公開來自匿名來源和網路洩露的文件,為的是其堅持維護的媒體正義。然而在 2010 年 3 月,美國軍方反諜報機構宣稱維基解密網站已構成國家情報安全的嚴重威脅之後,引發全球軒然大波。NHK 取得維基解密創辦人亞桑傑的獨家訪談,帶領觀眾解構此網站的神祕面紗,試圖接近外人難以理解的真相。
Is it a "media organization for justice," or an "enemy" that threatens the security of nations? This program is the latest report on the whistle-blowing website WikiLeaks. NHK made contact and had an exclusive interview for over three hours with WikiLeaks founder Julian ASSANGE, who has been the focus of great attention after his website released 400,000 classified US military documents. Also included are interviews with WikiLeaks' collaborators and a report on their former secret working hub. This searching probe further lifts the veil of mystery surrounding WikiLeaks.

Copyright, Copyleft, Copy, CC, Open Source, MP3, Internet, Download, Share...This new "digital world" allows us to be present all over the planet, and get everything we need from the Internet. This film pretends not just to talk about copyright, but also experience it. We will show how we produced this film with a Creative Commons license and the whole process we had to follow in order to be able to put the film in the Internet, so anyone can download and    世 copy it freely.

在蒙古高原上,格日圖家抗擊著飛雪為駱駝剪駝毛、 接生牛犢,餵養初生犢駝羔和羊羔,還要解決著由 於煤田的開採所帶來的不便。初夏,格日圖一家賣 掉了大部分的羊羔和牛,這就是他家一年的收益。 弟弟寶音在為礦區出讓了草原之後從牧區來到了城 鎮生活,他把馬帶到城裡的旅遊點經營旅遊生意, 甚至要在房地產方面進行投資。一年一度的草原文 化節開始了,哥哥家參加了賽馬,寶音和夥伴們為 觀眾表演了馬術......。
In the highlands of Mongolia, against the harsh snow, the GERITUAN family still tends to their camels, birth the calves, feed the livestock, and now, overcome the challenges presented by new coalmines. Each summer, the GERITUAN family sells most of their livestock and makes that year's earnings. After forking over his land for the coalmines, brother Bao-ying moves to the city with his horse and earns a living as a tour guide. He's even considering investing in real estate. The annual Prairie Festival is about to start and the older brother enters into a horse race. Bao-ying and friends will entertain the crowd with horsemanship studying.

義大利有著豐富的山城、皇宮、神殿、墓穴等遺 址,導演卻選擇以流動唯美的攝影風格,紀錄義大 利明媚風光背後的廢墟奇景。這些廢墟是自二次大 戰後到現在,因政治腐敗而開出的空頭支票:沒 有觀眾的體育館、從沒有病人進住的醫院、完工後 五十年來從未有過演出的劇院、兀自聳立的巨大橋 墩......。本片不僅呈現了當地人民的生活樣貌,更 藉著這些「現代遺跡」與居民的互動,突顯了當地 人無限的創造力與生命力。

A touring circus group, faced with the perils of a recession, is having an increasingly difficult time staying afloat, while the animal circus industrial parks in its hometown continues to expand. The impressions left in the minds of those who come out to see the circus are not just the similar fate of the humans and animals, an enlightened worldview, but also the complex yet colorful layers that make up these people's livelihood.

天還未亮,中國西部的貧困縣城的學生們已經在苦 讀,無數的學生和家長把希望投向教育,為了能改 變人生,所有的努力都是為了面對最終的高考。來 到北京,一位來自農村的大學畢業生面臨人生重大 抉擇:是留下繼續打拼還是返回農村?上海繁華的 景色如夢似幻,一位音樂學院的畢業生談起初入社 會的阻力......。這些徬徨的年輕臉龐透露出中國年 輕人對於未來出路的惶恐與不安。
Right before dawn, students in Huining have already started their self-studying session. This is one of the most poverty-stricken counties in Western China; here people's only hope is in education, as the way to change their social status. During the same winter season in Beijing, a graduate student faces a big decision. Should he keep trying to survive in the big city or get back to his countryside home? Shanghai's nightfall sparkles with its prosperity, but one graduate from Shanghai music conservatory tells her struggle of finding a place in society. China Gate tells the story of young Chinese fighting to change their fate through studying.

For twelve years, filmmaker Leonard RETEL HELMRICH has followed an Indonesian family living in the slums of Jakarta. Just as in his previous two multiple award- winning documentaries The Eye of the Day and Shape of the Moon, RETEL continues to show us the underlying patterns of life in Indonesia with his revolutionary camera work, offering viewers a microcosm revealing the most important issues in the country's fast-changing society: corruption, conflict between religions, gambling addiction, the generation gap, and the growing difference between poor and rich.
