11/06（日）11:10 板橋文教館移覺、通感是一種極為詩意的文學修辭技巧，指的是透過譬喻或抽象畫的技巧，讓原本摹寫的感官轉移。不過這種通感其實並不僅限於文學修辭，而是一種實際的神經認知現象。有一部分的人會產生這種亦稱之為「聯覺」（synesthesia）的感官通聯，其中最常見的就是經由聲音引發視覺的刺激。導演就在這部動畫，用感性詩意的畫面與口白，描述對某些人而言，聲音是又如何化作滿眼的景色。
“I don't know if you've ever heard a goat eating carrots? It's almost too much, it's so lovely.” The unique brain condition of audio-visual synesthesia is discussed, argued over, scientifically dissected and celebrated in this beautifully sensitive animated documentary.

本動畫片取材自兩名烏干達女子的採訪記錄。16歲的莫琳在父母被愛滋病魔奪走後，必須擔起自己和妹妹的生計；42歲的安娜在檢驗出愛滋病後，擔心著五個子女未來的生活。這兩段真實故事，在極短的動畫篇幅裡交織出複雜、動人的圖像。
Maureen and Anna are women coping with stark choices, but they are far from being victims of the AIDS pandemic. With imagination and a powerful sense of responsibility they tell their stories in this intimate portrait.

Three perfectly true stories about lying. In three episodes based on documentary interviews we meet the burglar who, when found out, claims to be a moonlighting accountant, the boy who finds himself lying and confessing to a crime he didn’t commit and the woman whose whole life has been a chain of lies.

A short film where four people each get to tell the story of their first time, an animated film based on documentary interviews. As we hear the people tell their stories in their own words, these are visualized in a range of different animation styles. These are stories that range from comedy to tragedy, stories from last year or from the 1920's, stories that are remembered with nostalgia, embarrassment or even horror. All these stories have one thing in common: it is never like the first time!

★2011 瑞士國際真實影展 Visions du Réel International Film Festival 2009年2月，瑞士時報專欄插畫家Patrick CHAPPATTE前往黎巴嫩南部旅遊時，驚見當地人民生活在處處是危機的環境中，因為即使是在反對黨真主黨與以色列發生戰爭的三年後，耕種的農田裡或鄉村小道旁，仍可發現許多未爆的集束炸彈。這種空降的炸彈約有一成到三成的子炸彈不會爆炸，再加上未爆彈的清理相當不易，無辜的居民則須獨自面對生命安全的威脅。本片以居民的自白搭配俐落線條的風格插畫，組合而成一部揭露殘酷戰爭黑暗面的動畫短片。
The cartoonist Patrick CHAPPATTE travelled to Lebanon in February 2009, three years after the war between Israel and Hezbollah. In a cartoon documentary he describes how the population of the affected area lives with the constant threat of death or disfigurement through unexploded cluster munitions. Millions of these bomblets were scattered during the conflict and many failed to detonate. Thus, the 2006 war continues every time someone steps on an unexploded submunition. This documentary was initially published in comic-strip form in the Swiss daily Le Temps.

On the peaceful Lalu Island, all the Thao are guarding their home because of their rights and interests. A girl never cares about the community, covering her ears and rejects to hear all the sounds from the community. She walks into the forest alone. Suddenly, something shining appears in front of her. It's a brightening white deer. It leads her passing through the space and time and finally they arrive somewhere…

★2007法國安錫動畫影展Festival of Annecy, France2004年，美國的伊拉克虐囚案曝光，同年紐約時報也報導了美國中央情報局（CIA）虐待反恐嫌犯的消息，曝露了大量的人權問題。事實上，自1970年以來，CIA在冷戰、反恐戰爭等情境下，所運用的刑求、審訊手法就不斷在違反基本人權宣言，直至近年才逐漸被披露。本片便採用了CIA的審訊指導手冊，在動畫中一步步教導人們如何有效地對「魚」施加各式各樣的酷刑。看似輕快的調性，暗藏了殘酷的隱喻，是一部有趣、高明、且發人深省的諷刺紀錄片。
The film is based on a real torture instruction book written by the CIA in the 70’s for Latin American dictatorships. Do-it-yourself explores both in a comic and didactical manner and different ways to execute without failure various types of successful and charming tortures. Torture is very often disparaged because of its association with dictatorial regimes. But what is really happening in our democracies?

在大小城市裡，牆壁、地下道、列車車廂，塗鴉的蹤跡無所不在。隨著國家地域的文化差異以及當地風土民情，各地的塗鴉文化也有所不同。本片以可愛生動的黏土動畫，讓三個女性塗鴉客陳述塗鴉客的內心世界。塗鴉過程的緊張刺激、社會大眾的觀感與態度、讓作品遍布城市角落的成就感，都成為令她們不斷進行塗鴉創作的動力來源。
An animated, colourful documentary about graffiti. The spraypainters leave their mark on walls, tunnels and trains but we rarely see the person behind the painted name. In the film we meet three unmasked painting girls who tell us why they do it.
