●With each voucher you get 1 ticket of any screenings of the Festival. You must hold the tickets for entry.
●Redeem your vouchers for the tickets of specific screenings at the box offices of National Theater or National Concert Hall from 10.01 to 11.06; also available at the festival information desks at the following screening venues: Eslite Xin Yi Store 6F, Banqiao Cultural Center B1,
Ambassador Theatre @ Global Mall 4F, during the festival period.
●All seating at the festival screenings is general admission. Please exchange the vouchers as early as possible to secure the best seats and to avoid disappointment.

Complimentary Special Offer
You can receive a special gift with any two tickets at the information desks at Banqiao Cultural Center B1 and Ambassador Theatre @ Global Hall 4F. They are given on a first- come, first-served basis.
Please Note:
●Admission is not allowed 20 minutes (inclusive) after each film starts. No refunds or changes available for late comers. Please arrive on time.
●Food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside certain Festival venues. Please respect the rules of the venues. Thank you for your cooperation.
●Screenings may be cancelled due to natural disasters or force majeure events. Please check for the latest updates on the festival's website: fest.cnex.org.tw
●Special Ticket Package is not refundable.
●The tickets purchased via NTCH Ticketing system may be refunded or exchanged with at least ten days notice before the event. A 10% handling fee (of the full ticket fare) will be charged per transaction.
