維多乘坐的飛機在顛頗中降落至德國，在這個與墨西哥截然不同的國家，他體驗嶄新的一切，卻也為鄉愁所苦。身處異鄉的他，透過繪製這部動畫紀錄短片，以第一人稱口吻，重新審視墨西哥的特殊社會文化，以及因嚴重販毒問題所衍生出的政治對立與社會亂象。
